We enjoyed the exclusive private facilities such as the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, as well as the comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. the service provided was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to meet our needs. the location advantages also exceeded our expectations, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level from nearby construction. While we were able to sleep through it, it did detract somewhat from our overall experience.

Location is perfect. Nice appartment with not too much stuff in it. Shared inside pool is nice and has an outside (sun) terrace!

Bed room did not have curtains in front of one balcony door (the room becomes light early) and although we were on the eight floor, we found the place quite noisy (street)

Great location, friendly staff and the ability to cook your own food. The pool is also great, some of the best views of Santiago.

Great location near city centre. Having the freedom of having the option to prepare ones own food or to eat at the several restaurants in the area. The receptionist Valentina assisted quickly to queries and arranged a tour as well as an airport taxi for us. Though this is an apartment block, we never heard noise or loud music from other tenants.

The top windows in the stairwell did not have curtains, thus the apartment was never completely dark, even at night time.

Apart excelente para passeios matutinos e para descanso noturno, fica bem no Centro a pouco metros de um metro, com um supermercado junto ao predio o que facilita muito. Como está localizado no centro, 'sair a noite requer um taxi pois não é muito recomendado andar a pé pelas redondezas apesar da tranquilidade de Santiago... para isso Providencia é muito melhor... mas o custo beneficio vale a pena.

Location was ideal to visit Santiago. Friendly staff but check in was a bit slow due to missing key. Proximity to market to get food and beverages. Small kitchens and refrigerators

When booking multiple rooms you cannot get rooms in same tower. Fans did not work and no ac in my rooms. We stayed at another hotel using same apartments in these towers and their apartments were better maintained and cleaner.

The location is fantastic! The Hotel is located in downtown and it's very close to the Bella Artes subway station. There is a supermarket next to the Hotel and it makes your stay easier. The room is a kind of complete apartment with oven, microwaves and refrigerator. So, it´s possible to you make your own dinner, if you want.

Well, I know some people had already written it here before, but I'm going to point same problem. The building is a little noisy at night, because of parties that happens near the building. The solution for this, if you don't have a light sleep, is just close the windows.

Excelente localização (calçadão no centro da cidade, com metrô, supermercado, bancos), staff gentil e solícito.

The managers were friendly and very competent. The apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed, as well as being very centrally located.

The toilet was not working well during our stay, but I'm sure this is a problem that can be easily attended to.

It's not really a hotel, it's an apartment building. And the pool's not heated.
